House Rules for Pets
1. Only dogs and cats are allowed to stay in the hotel.
2. Pets up to 7kg are permitted in the hotel.
3. The pet fee is 2,000.00 RSD per pet, per day.
4. Pets can only be brought into the room if announced during the booking process and only in rooms designated as pet-friendly.
5. Pets are allowed to move freely without a leash or carrier only inside the room.
6. From the reception to the room, pets must be on a leash, in a carrier, or held by the guest.
7. Guests must provide their own pet carrier.
8. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and the Wellness & Spa center.
9. If a pet causes any damage, the owner is required to cover the cost. Compensation is determined by the hotel’s damage price list.
10. If a pet is aggressive, disturbs other guests, or is destructive, the hotel reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
11. Rooms with pets will be cleaned daily, provided the pet is with the owner or in a cage. Otherwise, for the safety of the staff and to prevent the pet from escaping, the room will not be cleaned.
